Refund policy

Every Whirlabout item is printed when you order it. There's no shelf of spares to swap from - which shapes how this works.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we fix it. Email support@shopwhirlabout.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If it's on us, we reprint and reship free. Keep the original.

Wrong size or changed your mind: we can't take it back. Made-to-order means there's nowhere for it to go. Check the size chart on the product page first.

Never showed up: if tracking stalls or nothing arrives within 30 days of shipping, email us and we'll sort it.

Cancellations: email within 12 hours of ordering. After that it's in production.

Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
